Phoenix Polyaspartic & Garage Floor Coating

Most standard DIY epoxy paints rot and blister under heavy hot-tire friction during scorching Arizona summers. Our commercial polyurea & polyaspartic garage floor coatings form indestructible molecular bonds with the concrete bedrock. Customize your color formulas below to find your perfect showroom finish.

Our Precise 5-Step Epoxy-Beating Process

We never cut corners. Doing a perfect garage floor requires heavy diamonds prep, high solids raw materials, and proper chemical cross-linking.

01

Diamond Grinding & Prep

We use industrial planetary diamond grinders with heavy vacuum extractors to shave down raw concrete, opening pores and eliminating contaminants. Hand-grind all wall joints.

02

Reconstructive Patching

All hairline fissures, heavy fractures, and structural chips are filled with standard fast-set polyurea crack filler, then ground flat to ensure continuous surface level.

03

Moisture-Vapor Basecoat

Laying down our high-density polyurea primer basecoat. This sinks 1/8” into the concrete bedrock to form an indestructible physical block that will never blister from heat.

04

Visual Flake Broadcast

Full-broadcast distribution of decorative vinyl flakes to point of complete saturation. We throw excess flakes to guarantee absolute continuous color coverage.

05

Dual Polyaspartic Tops

Once cured, we scrape excess flakes flat and apply double-coats of high-solids UV-stable aliphatic polyaspartic. Provides high chemical, slip, and tire friction defense.
